Terravita Bellaria Chocolate Bakestable Cream is a sweet filling that withstands baking, made from sugar, palm fat, fat-reduced cocoa powder and cocoa mass.

Contains: soya. May contain: milk, nuts, peanuts. Store in a cool, dry place at 15 to 20 °C, optimum 18 °C, with relative humidity below 75 %; below 12 °C small lumps may form in the fat, which heating to 40 to 43 °C restores to a smooth texture. Shelf life unopened is 12 months; supplied in a 12 kg pack.
