UNIFERM Back-Paste is a ready-to-use baking-aid paste for yeast-leavened doughs, used by professional bakers for doughnuts (Berliner / paczki), yeast buns and other enriched yeast bakes.
It improves dough handling, supports consistent volume and an even crumb, and helps give a traditional flavour and appearance in the finished products. Supplied in an 18 kg bucket for high-volume bakery production.
