Prospona pasteurised pumpkin purée for use in bakery fillings, cakes and pies, supplied in a 3 kg tin.
Made from pumpkin purée with acidity regulator (citric acid) and preservative (potassium sorbate). Keep in a cool and dry place; refrigerate after opening and use within 2 days; shelf life unopened 18 months.
