Ivory-Ledoux fruit halves in light syrup for bakery and catering use, in apricot, pear, peach and plum, sold as 6 × Kc3 tins.
Apricot halves are from China, in water and sugar with antioxidant ascorbic acid; peach halves are from Greece, in water, sugar and glucose-fructose syrup with citric acid. Apricot and peach are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and are kosher; peach is also halal. Store at ambient temperature and refrigerate once opened; unopened shelf life is 3 years for apricot and 3.5 years for peach.
