Description
Lesaffre Benevia fresh yeast for leavening bread and other yeast-raised bakery doughs, supplied in a 10 kg box.
The only ingredient is yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae); country of origin Poland. Store in its original closed packaging in a dry, ventilated place at 1–10 °C (optimum 4 °C), protected from moisture and foreign smells; shelf life 35 days from the date of production.
