DCL Yeast Craftbake High Activity is a fresh yeast made solely of yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) for fermenting bakery doughs, with Belgium as its country of origin.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, kosher and halal. Store at 1–4 °C in hygienic conditions in a ventilated room and avoid freezing; shelf life unopened is 25 days from the date of production. Supplied as a 10 kg box.
