Description
Martin Braun Multicream is a sweet cream filling for bakery use, in Toffee (12 kg), Caramel, White Chocolate (6 kg) and Salted Caramel (12 kg) packs.
Both sheets are based on glucose-fructose syrup, water and sugar with milk powders; one adds palm oil and whey powder, the other white chocolate, butter and sea salt. Contains: milk. Store in the original packaging away from heat, freezing and sunlight; one sheet gives 0 °C to +20 °C and 240 days unopened, the other +5 °C to +20 °C and 210 days.
