Description
Stolon Potato Flakes are a potato-based starch ingredient for bakery use, with Poland as the country of origin.
They are made from a minimum of 99.80 % potatoes, with mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E 471) at a maximum of 0.20 % used as a processing aid for drying. Store at approximately 20 °C and around 75 % relative humidity in the originally sealed packaging, away from foreign odours; unopened shelf life is 18 months from the production date. Supplied in a 20 kg bag.
