Bronisław Potato Starch is a starch for bakery use, consisting of potato starch and water, with Poland as its country of origin and manufacture.
Store in a dry, clean place away from foreign odours at 60–75 % humidity and a temperature up to 20 °C. Shelf life unopened is 5 years from the date of production. Sold in 25 kg bags.
