Barbara Luijckx Mercury are 27 mm chocolate ball decorations for finishing cakes and desserts.
They are made from sugar, cocoa butter and whole milk powder, with vegetable fats (palm, shea), colouring E172(ii), sunflower lecithin and natural vanilla flavouring, and are suitable for vegetarians. Contains: milk. May contain: soya. Store at 12 to 20 °C and up to 70 % relative humidity, away from foreign odours and direct sunlight; shelf life unopened is 12 months, supplied in packs of 49 pieces.
