Barbara Luijckx Chocolate Shavings are chocolate decorations in dark, milk and white varieties, used as a chocolate topping.
The dark shavings lead with cocoa mass, sugar and cocoa butter, the milk and white with sugar, cocoa butter and whole milk powder, all with sunflower lecithin and natural vanilla flavouring. Contains: milk (Milk, White). May contain: milk (Dark), soya. Store at 12 – 20 °C away from foreign odours and direct sunlight; shelf life unopened is 24 months (dark), 18 months (milk) and 12 months (white), in 2.5 kg packs.
