Barbara Luijckx Sun is a 27 mm chocolate ball decoration for finishing cakes and desserts.
It is made from sugar, cocoa butter and whole milk powder, with vegetable fats (palm, shea), colouring E172(iii), sunflower lecithin and natural vanilla flavouring, and is suitable for vegetarians. Contains: milk. May contain: soya. Store at 12 to 20 °C and up to 70 % relative humidity, away from foreign odours and direct sunlight; shelf life unopened is 12 months, supplied in packs of 49 pieces.
