Mlekovita Kaliski curd cheese, a plain cheesecake cheese for bakery cheesecake production, supplied in a 10 kg pack.

It is made from pasteurised milk and pasteurised cream with pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria, and provides 7.0 g protein and 14 g fat per 100 g. Contains: milk. Store in a dry, clean, odour-free warehouse at +2 °C to +8 °C; shelf life 35 days from the date of production.
