Mozzarella/Cheddar 80/20 Grated Cheese is a grated blend of mozzarella and cheddar made from pasteurised full fat milk, starter, rennet and salt with added potato starch; the mozzarella milk comes from Denmark, the UK, Belgium and Germany and the cheddar milk from the UK, Ireland or New Zealand.
Contains: milk. Suitable for vegetarians. Keep refrigerated; shelf life unopened is 56 days from production refrigerated, or 12 months if frozen within the 56-day refrigerated period; supplied as a 2 kg pack.
