These dark chocolate Grillage cups, 30 mm high and 30 mm in diameter, are chocolate decorations for filling in patisserie and dessert work, made from cocoa mass, sugar and cocoa butter with sunflower lecithin.
May contain: milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store at 12 to 20 °C and a maximum of 70 % relative humidity, away from foreign odours and out of direct sunlight, with a shelf life unopened of 24 months; supplied in packs of 84 pieces.
