Barbara Luijckx Caro cups, 20 × 21 mm, are chocolate cups for filling in patisserie and dessert work, made from sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter and cocoa mass.
Contains: milk, soya. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts. Suitable for vegetarians. Store at 12 to 20 °C and a maximum of 70 % relative humidity, away from foreign odours and out of direct sunlight, with a shelf life unopened of 15 months; supplied in packs of 150 pieces.
