These dark chocolate star cups, 25 × 28 mm, are chocolate decorations for filling in patisserie and dessert work, made from cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter and milk fat.
Contains: milk, soya. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts. Suitable for vegetarians. Store at 12 to 20 °C and a maximum of 70 % relative humidity, away from foreign odours and out of direct sunlight, with a shelf life unopened of 15 months; supplied in packs of 150 pieces.
