Zeelandia Berliner 10% Doughnut Improver Free is a doughnut improver from the Bread Improvers & Dough Conditioners range, based on wheat flour with whey powder, soya flour, egg yolk powder, vinegar powder and turmeric.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya. May contain: sesame. Store in a dry place (relative humidity up to 75 %) at up to 25 °C; shelf life unopened is 180 days from the date of production in the closed original packaging, and it is supplied in a 25 kg bag.
