Barbara Luijckx Chocolate Gold Pearl Sphere is a 27 mm chocolate sphere decoration for finishing bakery and confectionery products, made with sugar, cocoa butter and whole milk powder, with vegetable fats (palm, shea) and colourings E170 and E172(iii).
Contains: milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store at 12 to 20 °C and no more than 70 % relative humidity, away from foreign odours and out of direct sunlight; shelf life unopened is 12 months, and each pack holds 49 pieces.
