Barbara Luijckx Curl Trio is a 15 × 20 mm chocolate curl decoration for finishing cakes, pastries and desserts.
It is made from sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder and lactose, with soya lecithin and natural vanilla flavouring. Contains: milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store at 12 – 20 °C and a maximum of 70 % relative humidity, away from foreign odours and out of direct sunlight; shelf life unopened is 18 months, supplied in packs of 250 pieces.
