Chocolate blossoms are small, delicately curled chocolate shavings available in a wide range of flavours and colours, including milk, dark, white, caramel, strawberry, lemon, orange, and mixed varieties such as duo, trio, and marbling.
Supplied in professional catering weights from 1 kg to 4 kg, and in standard (9×5 mm) and mini (5×2 mm) sizes. Ideal for decorating cakes, entremets, cupcakes, mousse desserts, and gourmet hot drinks. Two supplier ranges are available: Barbara Luijckx and Zeelandia.
