Either process through a bun divider moulder at 50 g per piece, or through a sheeter to a thickness of 10 mm and cut with a round cutter or into rectangles for finger (Long John) donuts.
- Donuts
Prove at 38°C and 60-65% relative humidity for 50 minutes or until fully proved.
- Donuts
Allow to stand and the surface to dry for 10 minutes before frying.

Leave to cool before filling.

Once cool, roll the doughnuts in the Deco Powdered Sugar to give a good coverage.
- Finish
Use a sharp knife to slice down the centre of the doughnut, creating a split.
- Finish
Using piping bags, pipe a layer of each of the Chocolate, Coffee and Cream Cheese fillings. Dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!
