| Oil | 220 g |
| Water | 240 g |
| Carrot | 300 g |
Method
Mix all ingredients (except the carrots) on low speed for about 3 minutes.
Add the grated carrots and mix in.
Deposit the batter into moulds, about 45-50 g each, and bake at 180 C for about 25-28 minutes.
Decorate the finished babka cakes as desired.
