Massive doh-ring — a Macphie recipe. Uses Macphie Madeira Cake Mix 12.5 kg and Macphie 5th Avenue Fudge Icing 12.5 kg, Strawberry.

Method
Place the Macphie Madeira Cake Mix and margarine into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
Add the water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, then scrape down. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed. Mix for a final minute on slow speed.
Deposit the mix evenly across two savarin moulds and bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
Once cooked, turn out onto a wire rack and leave to cool. Once cooled, fill with Macphie Rainbow Frosting Strawberry Flavour and sandwich together.
Flood with warmed Macphie Rainbow Frosting Strawberry Flavour and sprinkle with coloured sugar strands.
