Method
Add JOYGELATO COCCO to the white base, mix with a hand blender and put in the batch freezer.
Variegate with JOYCREAM DONATELLO and JOYCOUVERTURE WHITE CHOCOLATE and decorate the surface with almonds and coconut flakes.
