| Ready-to-Use Frosting, Vanilla – 12 kg | 10 tbsp |
| Dawn® Marc de Champagne Compound | 2 tsp |

Method
Combine the donut mix, water (and optional prosecco) and yeast. Using a dough hook attachment, mix this for 2 minutes on a slow speed and a further 8-10 minutes on a fast speed.
Roll and cut donuts out using a round cookie cutter, then cover the dough and proof for 45-60 minutes at 35-40°C.
Dry the donuts for 10 minutes before frying in clean oil at 185-190°C for 1 minute each side.
While the donuts are cooling, mix the vanilla frosting with the champagne flavoring.
Once cooled, using a long nozzle, fill the donuts with the frosting.
Dip or cover the donuts with the icing and decorate with sprinkles or glitter.
