Plain bun cases from Paper Tech Europe, baking cases for buns.
The medium size is made of grease-proof paper of bleached pulp, surface sized with wax, at 39 gsm. Available in Large (3 × 1½ in) and Medium (2 × 1¾ in), both in packs of 1000; the medium case measures 51 mm across the bottom and 57 mm across the top. For the medium size, the supplier declares it suitable for food contact under Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 and DPR 777/82.
