A coarse-ground granular wheat flour (krupczatka) of type T450, milled by GoodMills Polska.
Its fine semolina-like texture makes it the preferred choice for shortcrust pastry, butter biscuits, crumble toppings, and delicate pastry doughs where a crumbly, non-elastic crumb is required. Not suitable as a bread flour. Supplied in 25 kg bags.
