Culpitt square cake drums in silver, for supporting square cakes.
The 6" to 20" sizes have a soft board core covered with aluminium foil laminated to paper. The 4" and 5" have a fibre board core, 13 mm thick on the 4", topped and edged with an aluminium foil laminate. The supplier declares the 4" to 20" sizes suitable for food contact under Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004; all sizes are listed below and sold in packs of 5.
