Caster sugar for bakery use; the only ingredient is sugar.
It is manufactured in the United Kingdom from sugar beet grown in the UK, Poland, France, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands and sugar cane grown in Guatemala, Mauritius and Thailand. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and listed as halal and kosher. Store at ambient temperature; it does not require a best before date (Regulation EC 1169/2011) and is supplied in a 25 kg bag.
