Black Treacle is a dark syrup sweetener made from cane molasses and partially inverted sugar syrup, manufactured in the UK for use in bakery recipes.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry environment at 15 to 20 °C, away from direct sunlight and strong odours; the unopened shelf life is 18 months. Supplied in a 25 kg pack.
