The 155 mm diameter accommodates approximately 500 g of dough. The solid flat base without a central chimney produces a classic, compact loaf shape. The fluted exterior imparts an attractive pattern to the finished cake. Suitable for repeated use; hand washing recommended. Maximum baking temperature 180 °C.
