Description
Bartex Fat Filled FMP 26/10V is a fat-filled milk powder for bakery use, based on a whey and palm fat mix with sweet whey powder, whey permeate powder, glucose and buttermilk powder.
It provides 26 g of fat and 10 g of protein per 100 g, with Poland (EU) as its country of origin. Contains: milk. Store at a maximum of 20 °C and 75 % relative humidity; shelf life unopened is 12 months from the date of production, supplied in a 25 kg bag.
