Rolmex Mixed Spice Euro Blend is a ground spice mix for bakery use, based on wheat flour with cinnamon, coriander, cloves, cocoa and ginger, and manufactured in Poland.

Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: celery, eggs, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya. Store in a clean, dry, ventilated, pest-free store at no more than 25 °C and 75 % relative humidity, protected from light; sold in 5 kg, 10 kg and 25 kg bags.
