Polish Fine Iodized Salt is fine-grain food salt for bakery use, composed of sodium chloride with potassium iodate and anti-caking agent E 536.
Store in a clean, dry place with humidity below 75 % in the tightly closed original packaging, protected from moisture and from getting wet, as the salt is hygroscopic. Shelf life unopened is 2 years from the production date. Sold in 25 kg bags.
