Description
Baking Powder is a chemical raising agent for bakery use, made from sodium hydrogen carbonate (E500 (ii)), disodium diphosphate (E450 (i)) and wheat flour.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: celery, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and relative humidity up to 75 %; shelf life unopened is 9 months from the date of production. Supplied in a 5 kg bag.
