Description
EIPRO Eifix liquid egg for bakery use, in three variants: whole egg (100 % whole egg), egg yolk (99.9 % egg yolk) and confectioners' egg white (98.9 % egg white).
Contains: eggs. The egg yolk and confectioners' egg white are suitable for vegetarians and halal. Keep the cold chain unbroken at 0 to 4 °C; unopened shelf life is 30 days for whole egg, 33 days after filling for egg yolk and 49 days after filling for egg white, each supplied in a 10 kg pack.
