Method
Whip KOMPLET Krem Finezja with the water at high speed for about 4-5 minutes. Add the oil at the end.
KOMPLET Krem Finezja is a lightly sweet cream; sugar can be added depending on the desired taste.
The oil protects the cream from drying out during longer storage. This recipe should be used only with flavour additions such as alcohol, flavourings etc. To improve the cream, 200 g of the water can be replaced with liquid cream, which should be whipped with the remaining ingredients.
The "light" and "medium" cream is particularly suitable for decorating and filling pastries.
