| Cocoa Powder | 40 g |
| Water | 720 g |
| Ready-to-Use Frosting, Vanilla – 12 kg | |

Method
Add the waffle mix, cocoa powder and water to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix for 1 minute on slow speed and then on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Deposit the required amount onto a round waffle iron and bake for 3-4 minutes.
Allow the waffles to cool and then layer 4 waffles together with DAWN® Vanilla Frosting.
Press chocolate mini eggs into the frosting around the sides and top with more mini eggs to fill the waffle indentations.
