  2. Prep: Mix for 1 minute on slow speed and then 4 minutes on medium speed.

  3. Prep: Add water (2) over a minute while mixing on slow speed.

  4. Prep: Scrape down, then mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed.

  5. Prep: Deposit 250 g of batter into the prepared 6" round pans.

  6. Bake: Bake at 175 °C for 25-28 minutes.

  7. Bake: Allow to cool thoroughly, trim the tops to level if needed.

  8. Finish, step 1 (optional; you can use plain Vanilla Frosting or one colour if desired): Place some Dawn Vanilla Frosting into 3 separate bowls and colour them using the yellow, blue and pink food colours.

  9. Finish, step 1: Place the coloured frosting into piping bags and sandwich 3 cooled sponges together by piping alternate rings of the coloured frosting on each layer.

  10. Finish, step 2: Coat the whole cake with a thin layer of Dawn Chocolate Frosting and place into a chiller / freezer for 30-60 minutes.

  11. Finish, step 2: Apply a further thicker layer to the sides of the cake and use a comb scraper to even out.

  12. Finish, step 2: Place into the freezer until the ridges on the comb-scraped frosting are firm.

  13. Finish, step 2: Soften some Dawn Vanilla Frosting and pipe into the grooves of the comb-scraped chocolate frosting.

  14. Finish, step 2: Using a flat-edged scraper, smooth out the vanilla frosting so that you have alternate bands of chocolate and vanilla.

  15. Finish, step 3: Colour some Dawn Vanilla Frosting using the green food colouring.

  16. Finish, step 3: Pipe on top of the cake using a grass-effect piping tube.

  17. Finish, step 3: Decorate the top with a Chocolate Bunny Butt and chocolate mini eggs.
